Just a quick note for you acoustic players:

I recently found out about Dean Markley's new "Alchemy" strings through
the Taylor Forum. I bought a set online & stuck them on my 614. Wow!
I was blown away. Much more robust sound than Elixirs, brighter than
the D'addario EXPs, and they are coated strings. I'd highly recommend
you check them out when you have a chance. The general consensus on
the Taylor forum is that they are amazing strings. I bought mine from
juststrings.com. I think they're beginning to show up at the larger
dealers in the US, but have heard they are hard to find at the smaller
dealers and out of the country.
