Survey, two web sites, New Smyrna Beach condo

Posted by: hopechestnews <hopechestnews@...>

Dear Hope Chest friends,

If you haven't yet replied to my survey questions, which I sent last week, could you please take a few minutes to do so now?  Your responses are very helpful to me in planning future issues.  You don't need to answer them all, either.  I always love hearing from each of you.  Thanks!

My daughter Rachel (age 16) is planning to set up a new web site for me this week as a project for her graphic arts class.  If you have any comments about what would be most helpful on the site, please let me know!  She's pretty good with HTML code and she loves to twiddle with this stuff, so she's itching to get started.  Rachel and Joanna (age 14) have created a lovely photo page, which right now has pictures of gorgeous flowers and their adorable (and mischievous) toddler sister Melody.  Check it out here:  http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/pictureperfect

http://www.photobucket.com allows you to store photos on line to be used on another web site that might not have photo storage.  Our blogs at http://www.homeschoolblogger.com access our photo and video files from photobucket.   You just upload the photos from your computer, and it gives them a URL which you insert into your other site.

http://www.k9webprotection.com offers free Internet filtering software to block web sites with inappropriate content.  You can set the level of protection, and then, if you want, also add in a list of sites to always block and a list of sites to always permit.  The software also tracks all sites accessed, as well as those attempted but blocked.  If someone attempts to access an unrated site, the administrator (that is you) has the option to allow the site permanently or for the next 15 minutes.  You can even set the software to make a barking noise if someone attempts to access a site that is not approved.

Our friends Richard and Becky Kelly are again offering reduced rates to their New Smyrna Beach condo for home school, missionary and military families.  We have stayed at the Kelly condo twice, and love it there, and I know that many of you have also enjoyed staying there over the past several years. It is two stories, has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen dining room and living room.  It is conveniently located right across the street from the beach and next to a grocery store.  Becky says:
DO YOU NEED TIME ALONE FOR GOD AND FAMILY? Visit our New Smynra Beach Home.  We are no longer in the rental program with the Bahamian Club. Our expenses are still high but we want to continue sharing our home as God allows us to do so. We do not make any money on this. WE HAVE DEDICATED 111D TO THE LORD TO BE AN R&R FAMILY GET AWAY!

We are offering our beach home to home school, military, and missionary families as our guests. We are asking that you give a donation of at least
$450, whatever you feel the Lord would want you to bless us with, for a one week visit except on weeks with a holiday. Holiday weeks will be full rental
charges. In addition, we would need a $100 returnable deposit in case any unintentional damage occurs.

Please visit our web site @ kellyskondo.com/ for more details or http://www.rentalo.com and scroll down to:

WE HAVE MANY REFERENCES.

Dates are filling quickly, so hurry to set up your reservation.

IHS,

Becky Kelly

That's all for now!  Have a lovely week!
