Swartzendruber prayer request

Asking for some prayer for some friends of ours in our church family. Eric Swartzendruber is in his 30s and battled brain cancer 5 years ago into remission. His scan last August was totally clear. Then a little over a month ago he started having massive headaches, which were quickly followed by seizures. His scan after the first seizure looked clean, but then after the second one (only days later) there was a visible mass. He was rushed down to Henry Ford in Detroit and operated on. They got ~95% of the tumor BUT it had "tentacles' that they didn't feel comfortable pursuing, and in recovery he was having pain in his neck that they couldn't figure out. Turns out that this thing is growing horrifically fast - two days later scans show it moving down his spinal column and it's already in his lumbar region. He's home now on hospice care and not expected to make it past Easter. Their entire family is now together pretty much holding vigil and trying to enjoy their remaining time together. We're pretty sure Eric is going to be with Jesus soon, barring some major unforeseen miracle. Prayers for the Swartzendruber family would be greatly appreciated.
