The case of the stinky case

I bought a case off of eBay for my Epiphone ES-335 Dot. Good hardshell
case. The only problem is the thing stinks. I've tried putting dryer
sheets in the pocket, spraying it with Febreze, sitting it outside in the
sun to air, even putting Carpet Fresh on it. Anyone else have an idea for
getting the smell out of this case? Or am I just going to have to give up
on it?
