THIS WORLDY FORM
by J. Randal Matheny

1 Cor. 7:29-31

Among the mountains lie hard valleys,
Briars encumber the broadest path,
The sweetest moment swirls with pain:
This worldly form is quickly fading.

Let tears fall cold, rejoice without laughter,
The buyer looses his best possessions,
The man who married lacks a mate --
The time is short; soon earth will shudder.
