Although things are not perfect;
Because of trials or pain;
Continue in thanksgiving;
Do not begin to blame;
Even when the times are hard;
Fierce winds are bound to blow;
God is forever able;
Hold on to what you know;
Imagine life without His love; 
Joy would cease to be;
Keep thanking Him for all the things;
Love imparts to thee;
Move out of "Camp Complaining";
No weapon that is known;
On earth can yield the power;
Praise can do alone;
Quit looking at the future;
Redeem the time at hand;
Start every day with worship;
To "thank" is a command;
Until we see Him coming;
Victorious in the sky;
We'll run the race with gratitude;
Xalting God most high;
Yes, there'll be good times & Yes some will be bad, but..
Zion waits
in glory...where no one is ever sad!
 
 
"CLEANING HOUSE"
 
 
Last Week I threw out Worrying. It was getting old and in the way. It kept me from being me; I couldn't do things God's way.
 
I threw out a book on MY PAST,  (didn't have time to read it anyway). Replaced it with NEW GOALS, started reading it today.
 
I threw out hate and bad memories.
 
Got me a NEW PHILOSOPHY too; I threw out the one from long ago.
 
Brought in some new books too, called I CAN, I WILL, AND I MUST. Threw out I MIGHT, I THINK and I OUGHT.
 
WOW, you should've seen the dust.
 
I ran across an OLD FRIEND. Haven't seen him in a while. I believe his name is GOD. Yes, I really like His style. He helped me to do some cleaning and added some things Himself. Like PRAYER, HOPE AND FAITH, Yes, I placed them right on the shelf.
 
I picked up this special thing and placed it at the front door. I FOUND IT- it's called PEACE. Nothing gets me down anymore.
 
Yes, I've got my house looking nice. Looks good around the place. For things like Worry and Trouble, there just isn't any space.
 
It's good to do a little house cleaning, get rid of the things on the shelf. It sure makes things brighter; maybe you should TRY IT YOURSELF.
