Sin is not an option for the believer. How can you continue in sin when that sin was paid for in the torn flesh of Jesus? How can you look longingly upon Satan’s offerings when the cross of Christ is in front of your eyes? Christ’s love constrains our hearts to seek holiness. The fact that sin has no lasting benefits remains true, but it is not simply because sin doesn't pay that you are to turn your back on the tempter. The fact that sin will not get you what you really want in life is not nearly a powerful enough defense to guard you against the attractiveness of Satan’s lies and the fickleness of your heart. Only a deep grasp of the gospel has the power to bring about deep change in your heart. It is knowing the terrible price that has already been paid for your sin that enables you to say no to sin.

TRAINING -WISCONSIN - 3 weeks away

TRAINING WEEKEND - WISCONSIN - only 3 weeks away!

-(October 27-30, 2005).

Please *REPLY* if you think you may want to attend.

The whole weekend is thoroughly PRACTICAL. It is all about
"Bringing in the HARVEST". This Training Camp is mainly for
youth (30 years and under) and those that work with youth - or
are already involved with street evangelism. -This is because we
are pioneering new ways of communicating the gospel. It is not
a "family camp" as such. We have nothing there for children.

There is a core group of young people already in Wisconsin,
actively reaching out in this way. Come join us!

TOPICS for TRAINING:

-How to preach REPENTANCE with "Conviction of sin".
-How to preach the 'GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM'.
-How to pray for the sick and cast out demons.
-How to baptize people and see them filled with the Spirit.
-Giving your testimony on the streets.
-Setting up a PA system using car batteries for power.
-How to be led by the Spirit where to preach - totally MOBILE.
-Dealing with the Police.
-Making music on the streets. (-Bring your instruments!)
-Feeding the poor.
-How to disciple new converts properly.

... AND so on....

(Sunday afternoon is scheduled for an actual outreach in one of
the worst yet busiest parts of town).

CAMP LOCATION: "Renaissance Gates", 706 Ridge Street,
Mineral Point, WI 53565.
(-This facility has sleeping dorms, dining and meeting rooms, etc).

TIME: There will be an 'open' meeting on Thurs Oct 27 at 7:00pm
at which Andrew Strom will be speaking. The Training Camp itself
starts on Fri Oct 28 at 7:00pm and ends with a final meeting on
Sun Oct 30 at 7:00pm - after which people can stay overnight into
Monday if they wish. (ie. Three nights).

IMPORTANT:

Cost for accomodation and food = $25.00 per person. (Please
note that none of this goes to any 'ministry' - it is simply the
cost to feed and house a person at the Facility for 3 nights).

If anyone cannot afford this, or if you have several family members
attending, then please talk to Jason Cartwright and he may reduce
the fee in these cases. His phone- (608) 341-7169.

The $25.00 fee needs to be paid up-front if possible. -But it can
also be paid "on the day" when you arrive. Jason Cartwright is the
main organizer of this event. All fees are payable to him. Please
