Used curriculum web sites

Dear Hope Chest friends,
Thanks to all of you who submitted these web sites where folks can buy and sell used curriculum. I can't vouch for everything on these sites, but I did check to make sure the links were working (as of last week) and that there wasn't anything totally weird on them. If you have curriculum that you aren't using this year, but you might need it again in the future, you could try to arrange for a temporary swap with a friend who has something else that you need. I am doing this with some math and science text books we are using in our home school co-op. Just remember to keep track of who has what, so you can get it back later! And finally, don't forget your local used bookstore, especially for items that are not strictly curriculum. I have found lots of good stuff in these places, but unfortunately with the proliferation Internet sites like eBay and Half.com, actual used bookstores are a dying breed. That's a pity, since it is so fun to browse in person!
