Video - Quicktime

video capture/display. I need to create a window and show input from my
video card (ATI Variety).
Thought someone on the list was working on something like this a while
back, wondering if that work bore fruit.
Or any hints where I might look for C-routines I can convert.
Using PG its easy enough to get a basic quicktime movie window, but I get
lost trying to connect to the video out of my video card.
I'm at the low end of intermediate, even though I've been at this since
it was z-basic.
