weary worry

O.k., worry may not be the right title. Concern, maybe. My son Tommy's
work called him in for a trip down to Miami. The weather was good going
down, but he is headed back yesterday through today coming up by way of GA,
KY, and up through Cincinnati to PA. All this sleet and cold freezing
temps on the road. Hoping to hear he is back soon. My brother-in-law had
a heart attack last Tuesday morning. Not his first. He had a triple
bypass about 6 or 7 years back and then stints put in a few less than that.
Yesterday he underwent a quad, with replacing the first three again. Only
one leg had the good veins to use. Hope they won't have to do that again!
He will be 52 on the 21st of this month. Doctor says all looks good, but
he is still in ICU of course. Tom wants to try and drive in tonight to see
him.
Praying for patience as a neighbor has ask us to do chores for him over the
weekend. We have done it on and off for him on his 'occasional' trips
away for work. Now he is remarried and is asking we do chores for him
every time his new wife decides the need to see her family 3 to 8 hours
away. It wouldn't be bad, but he has particular specific needs for his
farm. The pay was him giving us one load of hay this last summer. Once it
was two large round bales both of which are composting in the yard. Wah
wah wah. O.k. I work when I am trying not to clench my teeth. Off to
scrub the livingroom floor.
