Weight and Measurments

Posted by: mrsmcole <mrsmcole@...>

Good Morning Sisters,

I hope your day is blessed and that you all are counting the many blessings
from our Lord. His is so generous and merciful. His mercies are new every
morning.

How are you all doing in the weight area? I would encourage you to get
familiar with the WW points plan. You can visit http://www.weightwatchers.com for
information and there are other really great web sites that help and
encourage and have recipes if anyone is interested. Just let me know.

I would also encourage you all to measure yourselves. It is very
encouraging! I measure once a month and the results are amazing. I
measured this morning for the 3rd time. I measure my weight, neck, upper
arm, forearm, wrist, finger (1st finger), bust, chest, area above waist,
waistline, abdomen, hips upper thigh, knee at bend, calf, ankle and width of
foot. I did not think to measure from my heaviest but did after loosing 12
pounds. From that weight to now I have lost 28 1/2 inches. That is from
the beginning of August to today September 24. I have lost 26 pounds. I am
not on a diet either. That is what is so exciting for me. I can live this
way and not regain + my lost weight. I have dieted and when I go off the
diet up up up I go...ugg. Praise the Lord for this plan.

Well..you ladies have a good and godly day.

Love, Sharon
