Welcome !You will love this list, it is such an encouragment.
I am Pat, wife of nearly 23 years to Emery, we have 4 children, Melissa 21, Melanie 18, Steven soon to be 17 and
Scott 13. We have just started our 16th year homeschooling.
We live on a tiny piece of land in North Texas, about 35 miles south of Ft Worth, where we raise dairy goats,
chickens and rabbits. Of course we have cats and a dog too.
We live debt free, and strive to live simply and humbly in this tired old world that sometimes seems so fast paced.
!0 years ago we moved to Texas from the mountains of Oregon. We felt the Lord leading and we
can see His hand in all the good things we have experienced. Land and housing is still very reasonable in this
area and every once in a while we think about moving and getting more land, but then we think about how the
children are growing up and then we are not sure.
We have several fruit trees, and a lovely garden. I also have two herb gardens, one medicinal and the other
for seasoning.
For enjoyment I spin, make soap, candles from bees wax, knit, sew and quilt. I love to stay busy.welcome again,
Seeking Him,
Pat
