Over the weekend, we have added 10 new members to our community! That's
GREAT! Welcome to all you new folks! You have joined a great group of
folks who use the Internet and their computers for the furtherance of God's
Purpose, in more ways than you can imagine.
We are a diverse group from all 'round the globe. We come from many
different traditions and denominations, vocations and avocations. Our
commonality is that we use computers, and self-identify as
Christians. Many of us have been a part of this e-mail community for many
years, and have "survived" through the various iterations of how our group
has survived...
We haven't done this in quite a while, so I'd like to take this opportunity
to ask for each of you to introduce (or re-introduce) yourselves to the
group. I know that there are many of you who remain quietly in the
background, reading all the messages that come, but not often "speaking"
up. If you prefer your anonymity, that's just fine, but if you would like
to take this opportunity to provide a little information about yourselves
and how you use your computer, that'd be great! This way, we can all get
to know one another better.
I'll begin by sending my intro in a separate posting...
