Which Voice is Speaking?

“Therefore do not worry and be
anxious, saying…´ (Matthew 6:31 AMP)
Doubt. Worry. Fear. Anxiety.
Depression. Pain. Anger. Jealousy. They each have a voice, and they will speak, but their words are based on
a lie.
Doubt – Did God really say…?
Worry – Will God really do…?
Fear – Is God really there?
Depression – Does God really care?
Pain – Does God really heal?
Anger – Does God really forgive?
Jealousy – Is God really enough?
They are weapons in Satan’s
arsenal (see Genesis 3:1), so the voice with which they speak is his voice.
Unless we voluntarily lend them our own. We give life to those weapons when we
allow their words to come out of our mouth. It gives new meaning to Ephesians
4:29 (AMP).
Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil
word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your
mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual
progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it
may be a blessing and give grace (God’s favor) to those who hear it.To subscribe: <adevotionalgroup-subscribe@welovegod.org>
