which will sound better

Our church is closed this morning because of snow and ice. Two weeks in a
row 🙁Been turning the pages of my catalogs and dreaming. I would love to own a
Parker Fly but the second job I would have to get to pay for it wouldn't
leave any time to play it. Lately I have been considering the Parker
NiteFly. I am interested in the two American made models, the NiteFly-SA
and the NiteFly M. The SA has a swamp ash body (W/ S-S-H configuration) the
M is mahogany (with two humbuckers)They are a couple hundred more than an American Strat at Musician's Friend.
The Parkers interest me because of the Fishman bridge. Also like the idea
of the stainless frets (my elecric needs a fret job but that costs more than
the guitar did). I know the piezo won't sound like a Taylor but from the
reviews they sound very good. I much prefer the looks of the M but am
curious realistically will the sound differences be that great in acoustic
mode between swamp ash and mahogany with a peizo? Which will sound better?Anyone live in a area where there is a Parker dealer? What did you think?
Also curious about the weight - an issue for me. I know the NiteFly's are
not light-weight like the Fly but how heavy are they? It will be summer
before I am anywhere near a dealer.Peace
