Wood Stoves

Hi Ladies,I have a wood stove question I wanted to run past you. I am wanting to install
a wood stove in our home, to supplement our expensive natural gas furnace and
for times of power outages. It will most likely go in our kitchen. Since there
is only room for one wood stove at this point, I am wondering what would be most
practical for what we need it for, just a wood stove, or a wood cook stove.
What do you think? I would love a wood cook stove, but if we needed to use it
to heat the house durning an winter emergency would I wish I had put in regular
wood stove? I appreciate you thoughts on this.
Have a great day.
