Word 2000 messages

Hi all,

Installed Office 2000 on a win98 (2nded) today and
receive the following two messages in Word

1) when opening Word I get "MS Visual Basic
Run-time error '24' Bad parameter". My options are
End or Help. Clicking End gives me the message
again. Clicking End again clears the message.
Clicking Help doesn't help.

2) when closing Word I get "Do you want to save
the changes you made to P4PROW32.dot?"
Yes/No/Cancel. This message also appears twice.
This message appears whether I've actually done
something in Word or not.

Other than that the program seems to run ok. These
messages do not appear in any other portion of
Office. I cannot find reference to these in MS KB.

Any ideas?
