yet another chord question

Another chord question. Last night I was playing around with a chord
progression, and put some simple lyrics to it, and I think it is pretty good.
My problem is, I don't know how to put the particular chords I'm using on
paper - I don't know the name of the chords. Here they are:These are all D-form open chords:
First one is formed by playing the D with the little finger on an A note on
the E string. Thus the chord is:
D-A-D-AI think this would make the chord D(no.3)add13 or something like that. Does
anyone know what this would properly be called? The second one is D with the little finger on G on the E string:
D-A-D-GThis is Dsus4, I'm pretty sure...
The final one is D with the E string open. Thus:
D-A-D-ENo idea what to call this one. Can anyone help?
The final one is a G open chord with D add on the B string. Thus the chord
would be:
G-B-D-G-D-GNo idea what to call this one either. All help will be appreciated.
