2 md Scallions – white and light green parts
; slice thin
3 tb Finely chopped unsalted peanuts; (cooked)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the above in a small bowl - simple isn't it!
I generally add more tamarind or lemon juice and more chilli or
sambal to the peanut sauce recipes.
