INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the ends off the peppers and split and deseed them. Cut them all into strips about a third of an inch across and fry gently in the oil. After 10 minutes season well and add the garlic, stir and saute for another 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemon over and allow to cool before serving. Converted by MC_Buster.
