On my iMac I get all the e-mails as attachments, but then below the list of
titles each of the e-mails is there to read. I guess that's the way Outlook
works on the MAC?

Normally if I get any e-mail with an attachement which is text or image it
is presentred within the body of the e-mail, any other sort of attachment,
such as an application, needs to be opened.
This normally prevents me from opening viruses, not that they would affect
the iMac anyway 😉
I guess the best way for people to get around the problem is to switch to
individual e-mail?
