Cracking
the Code

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for
they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually
discerned. - 1 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV.

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you
again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need
milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in
the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. - Hebrews 5:12-13 NKJV.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. - 2 Timothy
3:16-17 NKJV.

…desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you
have tasted that the Lord is gracious. - 1 Peter 2:2-3 NKJV.

Here is the code:

 9ec4c12949a4f31474f299058ce2b22a can you crack
it? If you can, you might have won a wired dot com dangerroom t-shirt or a
ticket for the International Spy Museum. I say you might have won, because the
secret code that the Pentagon's US Cyber Command has in its logo has already
been cracked. jemelehill cracked the code in a little over three hours. md5
cryptographic hash was used to translate the Cyber Command's Mission Statement into
the 32 character code.

What is the Cyber Command's Mission Statement? “USCYBERCOM
plans, coordinates, integrates, synchronizes, and conducts activities to:
direct the operations and defense of specified Department of Defense
information networks and; prepare to, and when directed, conduct full-spectrum
military cyberspace operations in order to enable actions in all domains,
ensure freedom of action in cyberspace for the U.S. and its allies, and deny
the same to adversaries.”
You can see
the logo at the USCYBERCOM website:

http://www.defense.gov/home/features/2010/0410_cybersec/
The logo must be enlarged to see the 32 characters around the inner circle. If
you want to know more about md5 cryptographic hash you can read the Wikipedia
article at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5

Many people think that the Bible is somewhat like deciphering the meaning of
the 32 characters on the USCYBERCOM's logo. Even if you had the deciphering
tool, the md5 hash thingy, if you are like me, you still would not be able to
understand what it was saying. The Bible is complex too, and that is an
understatement; however, it can be understood, even if you do not have a
doctorate in theology, and even if you cannot read Hebrew and Greek.

Here are some secrets of how to make the Bible understandable. The first secret
is this: You have to be
“born again (John 3:3).” The apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 2 that the “Natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God…because they
are spiritually discerned.”
Until you
know Jesus as your personal Savior it is impossible for you to understand the
Bible.

Next, once you have been “born again” you are a baby Christian and can receive the “milk” of the Word of God. Jesus says, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from
the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4).”
You need to
begin to read and study the Bible, even if you do not yet fully understand,
because you need it to live the Christian life. The apostle Peter tells how to
grow in understanding as he says,
“…desire the
pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.”

Now for perhaps the biggest secret of all to understanding the Bible. You will
need to ask the teacher for help. What teacher is that? The Holy Spirit who
lives within every person
(1 Corinthians
3:16)
who has been “born again.” Jesus says to His disciples and to us “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He
will teach you all things… (John 14:26).”

Whenever you are having difficulty understanding, pray and ask for help.

The code has been cracked! Will you use the knowledge that you have been given,
or will it be like many Bibles, just lay around gathering dust?
