Outlook no problem

churchbass is now delivered in it's own folder, and I look at it when I
want.
All I did was click Tools - Rules Wizard - New - Start Creating a new
rule from a template - with specific words in the message header - type
in [cb] - move to specified folder - I named mine "churchbass
I also put a shortcut to my churchbass folder on my toolbar - that way I
can see how many new messages I have in my regular inbox and in my
churchbass folder at the same time when Outlook is running. This method
gets my other email separated from my churchbass mail before I even see
it, so I can prioritize my reading time quickly. It also assures that I
don't miss a business email buried in dozens of churchbass emails.
I don't mind the fact that emails are sorted except by their arrival
time - I can read that much - for instance - I eventually began to
delete all "South Park" emails without reading them after the first
several hundred "South Park" posts...My goals at Church Bass are Church,
and Bass. Sorry for my intolerance - yes, I am a bigot...
