Trick or Treat
Mikey went door to door trick or treating for the
first time this Halloween. At every stop Mom and
Dad would ask, "What do you say?"
And he would reply, "Trick or treat."
A few days later Mikey was in the kitchen and he
asked for some juice. His mom wanted him to
say please, so she asked, "What do you say?"
He replied proudly, "Trick or treat!"

Chowder
I was waiting tables at a country club when an
elegantly dressed woman spilled Manhattan clam
chowder all over her white linen skirt.
She began furiously dabbing at it with a napkin.
Having plenty of experience with getting out feed
stains, I asked, "Can I bring you some club soda?"
"Young lady," she barked, "I'll be the judge of
when I've had enough to drink. Bring me another
martini!"
