Fwd: Capitol Hill prayer update

Posted by: masinick <masinick@...>

Dear friends,

As Christians, we are not only encouraged, we are exhorted (and commanded)
to pray for one another. We are specifically asked to pray for our leaders and
all those in authority over us. I take such passages of scripture very
seriously. (If any of you are not familiar with such passages, please write to
me, and I would be pleased to identify them for you). Meanwhile, please pray
for all of our leaders and for one another. When we show concern for one
another, we share the heart of God, who loves, cares, and provides for all
people (whether they believe or not). Can we do any less?

Brother Brian
