All false religion is based on works to achieve God’s favor. And when you base it on works you will either use God’s Word as a means to obtain God’s favor or ignore God Word and create your own expectations. Both are deadly because both short-circuit God method of grace.

{GATHERING} Basspalooza VI

Good Morning Churchbass!!
 
It is my great pleasure to announce that Basspalooza VI will be held in Buffalo, NY.  Lee Hoffman & myself will be coordinating the event.
 
  We are still in the very early planning stages, so if you've got any suggestions of what you would or would not like to do --  or  -- any dates that you just can't come, please let us know. 
 
Our sincere thanks to Paige, Dan and the rest of the selection committe for putting their trust in us to continue and uphold the Basspalooza event.
 
OK, so let's have this thing at the end of january --  everyone bring your bass AND your shovel!!!  (Just kidding!!)  It's going to be fun just to see who puts down the most chicken wings.  My money is on someone from the Dallas contingent!!
