{GEAR} AB Switches (again)

Anyway, trying to be proactive, I thought of a few simple things
that I would like (other than a pressure washer, and other
tools).
One thing that I would like is an AB switch. Perusing the
Musician's Friend site, I saw a plethora in the price range that
I would consider:
Morley ABY Channel Switcher $50 on sale (list $85)
ART CoolSWITCH A/B-Y Box $40 on sale (list $45)
AB-2 2-Way Selector Pedal $40 on sale (list $49)
Carvin AB switch $29.99 ("list" 49.99)
And I am sure there are more out there. I know we've discussed
them before, and even "projects" to make them. The last thing I
need is another project though. But I am increasingly tempted to
want to use multiple basses in a given set.
I'd like to hear opinions on these (or others) in the $50 US
ballpark. Specifically, how well do they work. Reliability,
noise, etc, etc.
Of course, then I will have to get a couple more cables too.
Let's see, what do you guys recommend for...nah, not going
there.
