In the past, God had left sins unpunished. He could conceivably be accused of overlooking sin since He had not required punishment for it. Now, however, He has put forth Jesus. This proves that God is just (His wrath required the sacrifice) and that He is the justifier of those who have faith in Jesus (His love provided the sacrifice for them).

I think I found two solutions for my drum machine search. Someone here
suggested PC Drummer. I checked it out and it will work just fine for my
needs. The free version has plenty of pre-defined patterns to make my
practice sessions more interesting. You can find it at
http://www.pcdrummer.com.

The other option I found is the Zoom MRT-3 drum machine. A local store
sells them for $135, but they're all over the internet for $99 new and even
less on eBay. You can find details and a lot of user reviews at
http://www.zzounds.com/item--ZOMMRT3. It's small and can run for hours on
AA batteries, so you can take it with you when you travel with your bass.
