[GIG] upcoming dAN gigs in the Tampa Bay area

I'm playing tomorrow night (Halloween) at Crossroads Community church (I
think) in the New Tampa area, from 6:30 to 8:00. The band is called
"Zoom Daddy" (which is why I accepted the gig), and their regular bass
player has to work or something so he can't make it. Anyway, he
apparently doesn't own his own amp, and uses really cheap gear, so they
think I'm awesome even though I'm playing basically a stripped down
version of what he does. But, what the heck; let them think I'm better
than I am. I am so amazed at the Whappo Jr. cab I have been borrowing
from Mark Wright (Mark, when do you want it back? The later the
better;-)). It really makes a difference in what was already a pretty
darn good sound.

Also, my regular band, Simple Faith, will be opening for Violet Burning
on Nov. 14 at the Church of the Lost & Found. I've heard good things
about VB on this list, and am looking forward to meeting Michael Pritzl.
I know it's not Stryper (ack), but I'll take what I can get.
