[HELP] Digest Address

OK I hate to ask this AGAIN! But I can't stand having single emails.  Even though the new digest is confusing, it is better then a clogged email box.  Another list I am on has the TOC in hypertext so if you click on the title it will take you right to that post.  Very cool!


If anyone could send me the unsub addy for regular (if I need it) and the sub addy for digest it would be greatly appreciated!
