Maybe it means whatever you want it to mean?

Let's face it, people - by and large, Christians these days live in a fish bowl
- we have our own music, our own clothes, our own "art", our own culture. We
live in a sort of "distributed ghetto". The focus of evangelical Chistendom
has shifted from influencing the world around us, to avoiding being poluted by
it. Not to say that following such a scriptural mandate is in and of itself
wrong, but in the process, we are no longer known, as was our Leader (King!) as
"friends of sinners". Quite the contrary! We are generally considered the
ENEMIES of sinners. Ouch!

So...as I interpret what Wulf meant by "ghettoised" Christians, it means those
who are intent on preserving the Sunday Status Quo.
