Gospel humility frees you from the need to posture and pose and calculate what others think, so that you are free to laugh at what is really funny with the biggest belly laugh. Proud people don’t really let themselves go in laughter. They don’t get red in the face and fall off chairs and twist their faces into the contortions of real free laughter. Proud people need to keep their dignity. The humble are free to howl with laughter.

I too have been praying for those as requested. I've been busy here with Naomi headed out the door each day at 7:30 to walk with her friends to school. Thank goodness for Government programs where she can get the free breakfast and lunch. I'm slowly getting my house ready for winter and doing some fall cleaning as I go along. I did the kitchen floor yesterday. This involved a major moving of some bookshelves (that has my cookbooks on it) and then mopping the floor and letting it dry and putting it all back in. The kitchen looks so much better today and it feels great on bare feet! I've gone to wearing dresses/skirts/blouses full time as well as wearing a head covering. I've only got bandannas right now so am using those and will be ordering some head coverings soon.

I miss our chats on here...the list is kinda quiet this week. Anything new out there?
