RE: [GEAR] Nady

Posted by: cwstairs <cwstairs@...>

I am using one of their 15" cabs for my bass monitor. The plastic horn
tweeter blew the second I plugged it in, but the 15" does fine for the
price - it's job is only for me to hear myself. Cabinet seems decent
enough, but you may find the horns unreliable. (yes, the horns were ALL
plastic, including the driver housing, not just the horn itself) Horns
are really cheap to replace - I think they would do the job if your
expectations aren't sky high.

Does any one have any experience with Nady live sound pa speakers? i see

Musician's freind has them on sale. I am thinking the 15" cabs maybe be
a
good starting set for our new outreach band, but I can not find any
reviews
one way or the other.

I just re-read my post and realized the first time around i typed 15'
instead of 15"
Those would be for the amps which go up to 11! 😉
