I once worked as a consultant/contractor. I did all my work at the
client's site. I would fly out Sunday night and come home on Friday
nights. I did this for almost two years and it was very tough on my
family. I finally walked away from it because of the time I was away from
my family.

Unfortunately, I may have to do it again, depending on what kind of work I
can find.
