RE: {PRAYERS} I have numb index finger

Posted by: cwstairs <cwstairs@...>

I'm not diagnosing your specific problem, but once I got a numb index
finger from bucking hay baled with wire. The whole finger was numb for
six months, but feeling "grew" back, no lasting problems. I was only
playing gu!$*r at that time, but I learned to make chords anyway. [I
never played any lead]

I'm guessing the feeling will come back. If it doesn't, I'm betting
you'll get to the point where you'll be able to play fine anyway. If
feeling doesn't return, I'm betting you learn to use "tallman, ring
finger and pinky" more.

Keep us posted on the return of the feeling that we're praying for!

Subject: [CB] {PRAYERS} I have numb index finger

Doing some painting and such around the house I hurt my index finger of
my right (picking) hand. I apparently have micro-nerve damage in the
tip of my finger causing a numbness feeling. It's rather difficult play
as I sometime have to check where my finger tip is at. I can feel
pressure on the finger but I don't have the tactile sensation. Please
pray that the nerve damage heals.
