I've been ugly for decades, but not officially so. I am instill Senior
Enlisted grade - EU8. I am classified "blatently obviously ugly" and am
being considered for the triple promotion to "Terrifyingly ugly beyond all
redemption", which, as you know, is a commissioned rank, "a gentleman and
monster by act of Congress". It's heart warming to know my years of hard
work are finally paying off. How can I be made "official"?
