I also own band in a box. You use it to loop CDs, and drop out an instument? I had no idea that the software could do that. Generally, I do not like BiaB, it is difficult to use and the stock midi sounds stink. I'd customize the sounds if I knew how. It's not like I have a bad sound card, I have an SB Audigy Platinum. Too bad midi isn't more intuitive.
