You may remember in my introduction to Larry Davies' Sowing Seeds
of Faith message last week, I mentioned a new book by Bruce
Wilkenson, author of the best selling small book, "The Prayer of
Jabez". Well, I knew that if I checked my book at home or check
around a bit, the name of his new book about remaining in the
Vine, based on John 15, would come to me... Well, it HAS come to
me, and Barnes and Noble just put it on their 40% off booksale
list. The name is "Secrets of the Vine: Breaking Through to
Abundance".

I recommend this book and "The Prayer of Jabez" to you. Both are
short books, relatively inexpensive (less than $10, even when not
on sale), and they are powerful, based on scriptural truths.
Both books are eye opening in the sense that they are useful at
taking a close look at important truths. In the one case, an
unfamiliar figure - Jabez, and how God blessed him because he
prayed. In the other case, a well known story of Jesus about the
Vine and the branches - a story most Christians have heard or
read, but may have not thought much about.

If you are a reader, Bruce Wilderson has a way of writing in a
short, captivating, and convincing style. CBD, The Christian Book
