Yves brand veggie ground round; (equivalent to 1 and 1/2 pounds hamburger) |

Fatfree sour cream; (this is about two cups) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions in vinegar until tender. Add garlic. Add 1 cup veggie
broth and seasonings. Mix remaining broth and flour and add to
skillet to thicken sauce. Add veggie ground round. Heat thoroughly
and then add sour cream and heat thoroughly again. Serve over noodles.
Note: I'm not trying to push Yves brand. That happens to be the only
type of veggie meat I can get here. But it was good.
