1 t Cayenne, or substitute

1 T Hot paprika
1 T Sweet paprika
1/2 t Ground cinnamon
1/2 t Ground cloves
1/2 t Ground cumin
1 t Salt
1 t Cracked black pepper
1 t Greek oregano
3 T Olive oil, up to 4
1 T Water
1 1/2 T Cider vinegar
2 T Olive oil, for pan-frying
1 Soft flour tortillas, can
heat in microwave
1 Chopped lettuce
1 Chopped tomato
1 Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Sliced black olives
1 Chopped scallions
1 Sour cream
1 Salsa or taco sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 T
olive oil.  Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour
