1 Chopped onion
4 Bacon diced
1 Chopped green pepper
3 Potatoes peeled and diced
2 t Mustard
3 Beef bouillon cubes
1/4 t Pepper
2 c Boiling water
6 T Vineger

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown meat, onion, bacon and green pepper; drain. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Simmer unitl potatoes are tender over low heat, about 45
