(clipped from a magzine several years ago) Combine apples with juice,
raisins, 1/2 cup honey, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Turn into an 11 by 7 1/2 by 1 1/2 -inch baking pan. Combine topping
ingredients and mix well; spread the topping over the apple mixture. Bake
in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
