INGREDIENTS
| 1 3/4 | c | Famous Chocolate Wafer Cookies, crumbled |
| 1/4 | c | Butter; melted |
| 1 | ts | Amaretto |
| 1 | pt | Vanilla ice cream; softened |
| 1 | pt | Coffee ice cream; softened |
| 2 | oz | Semisweet chocolate; grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl place the cookie crumbs, melted butter, and Amaretto. Mix the ingredients toegher. Press the mixture into a buttered pie pan to form a pie shell. Preheat the oven to 350. Bake the pie crust for 6-8 minutes. Let it cool and then freeze it for 15 minutes. Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Freeze the pie for 15 minutes or until the ice cream is firm. Spread the coffee ice cream on top of the vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the top and freeze.
