Ingredients: 1 lb Alligator meat; chop; 1 Egg; 1 tb Onion; chop fine; 2 tb Celery; chop fine; 1 tb Parsley; chop fine; 2 tb Shallots; chop fine; 2 ts Lemon pepper; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/4 c Bread crumbs; Flour to dredge; 1 c Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour. Dredge
