INGREDIENTS

| 3 | T | Water |
| 14 | oz | Chocolate bar |
| 1 | c | Butter |
| 1 | t | Vanilla |
| 1 | c | Chopped nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sugar, water, butter, and vanilla together until it is bubbling and is nearly to hard ball stage. Pour sugar mixture on foil fitted on a a cookie sheet. Spread 1/2 of the chocolated (grated) over it and 1/2 of the nuts. Turn foil over quickly onto another foil covered cookie sheet and cover with remaining chocolate and nuts.
