God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
Do we who have the care of souls know what hell is? Have we seen the state of the damned? Are we aware how dreadful their case is? Do we know that most people go there unaware of their danger? And do we see that our hearers are not aware of their danger? If we knew all this, it would be morally impossible for us to avoid passionately telling them the dreadfulness of that misery and their great exposure to it. We would cry aloud to them!

INSTRUCTIONS
In large skillet or electric frying pan, heat oil and saute onions and
garlic until onions are golden. Add potatoes, eggplant, and mushrooms and
cook over medium-high heat ten minutes. Add tomatoes and all spices to
mixture along with 1 C. water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally,
until veggies are cooked, about 30 to 40 minutes. You may need to add more
water or oil as it evaporates. Serve with warmed whole wheat tortillas. We
like to serve burrito style after spreading the tortilla with butter.
