INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | c | Amaretto |
| 1 | tb | Brown sugar |
| 1 | qt | Vanilla ice cream; softened |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine amaretto and brown sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Process amaretto mixture and ice cream in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into 6 individual freezer-proof serving dishes; cover and freeze overnight. Makes 6 servings.
