INSTRUCTIONS
Cut mozzarella into 18 thin sticks. Wrap a salami slice around each
and secure with a wooden pick. Place in a shallow container. Add
tomatoes, olives, peppers and onions. Drizzle Italian dressing over
salad. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, drain and
arrange salad on lettuce or spinach leaves. Crumble feta cheese over
top. Yield: 6 servings.
