INSTRUCTIONS
CRUST
Core, pare and thinly slice apples. Blend crust ingredients. Arrange apples
in the bottom of a 9 inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle apples with
the 2 sugars and top with a layer of the crust. Repeat layers, ending with
a heavy 1/4 inch crust. Press layers gently. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Yield: 8 servings.
