INGREDIENTS

1/2 | c | Whole bran cereal |
1/3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/3 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1/4 | t | Baking soda |
1/2 | t | Cinnamon |
1/4 | t | Nutmeg |
1/4 | t | Ginger |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine |
1 | Regular butterscotch pudding | |

1 1/4 | c | Milk |
22 | oz | Apple pie filling |
1 | t | Finely shredded lemon peel |
2 | T | Lemon juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix oats, cereal, flour, sugar, soda and spices. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Pat half the mixture into a 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350~ oven 10 minutes. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use the 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over crumb layer. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over pudding. Top with remaining crumbs.
